This person or company has made websites including my first and last name, they have stated we steal from Canadians, they have attacked us using bogus websites that will all be taken down. Ironically we have reached out to these websites asking for order confirmation or just any detail regarding any issue and they cant come up with one single problem or issue. We have asked for order numbers or what chair they have bought and cannot respond which indicates the person doing all of this has not bought from us.
These attacks are happening because we have grown and we believe high profits shouldn't exist in the health world. Our business strategy is volume, good products and good brands at low prices. This gives Canadians a chance to buy blood pressure monitors, massage chairs, saunas, red light therapy and much more at a affordable price. This model has disrupted many businesses and effected their overall revenue as many Canadians have had enough paying thousands of dollars for a 2D chair when they can get protection, warranty, free shipping and a lower price than box stores like Costco.
We refuse to give up in any situation and will continue to give amazing products to our amazing customers. We just sold a sauna to someone that is suffering from cancer and this sauna could potentially save her life or help combat her issues. This is why we started Relaxacare and this is why we will never give up.
